Beyond the international reputation of its name eponymous to the neighboring presidential fort, Brégançon Castle benefits from many assets. Its area of 1,112 acres (450 ha), including 104 acres (52 ha) of vines, extends on the Mediterranean seafront. Part of the estate overlooks the sea and the 2,624 feet (800 meters) long beach of the Grand Jardin, only accessible by boat or by a footpath. The listed site of Brégançon prospers between pines, fine sand beach, garrigues, and vines.
