Victoria Island is Canada's second largest island. Located in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago, it is sparsely populated despite its surface. Only two villages are established there: Ulukhaktok, located on the west coast, and Ikaluktutiak on the east coast. Inuit living in Ulukhaktok speak Inuinnaqtun and English.
