Two terroirs and ranges of wines
0
0
The two terroirs of the Château Malherbe wine estate of Bormes-les-Mimosas produce wines with very different identities. The three colors are available in two ranges based on different grape varieties and types of soil. The Pointe du Diable terroir grows on the edge of the coast on soil made of sandy alluvium mixed with quartz. It enjoys strong sunshine tempered by the sea breeze and is at the origin of fine and iodized wines. The Malherbe terroir, more in the lands on the hillside, develops on clay-schist soils. Its vineyard, whose oldest vines date from 1942, produces full and mineral wines for aging.
