Notably thanks to its two recognitions by UNESCO as a Biosphere Reserve and a Global Geopark, the Luberon Regional Nature Park welcomes 1.6 million visitors each year. They are eager to discover its cultural heritage, its geological nature reserve rich in fossils, and its OGS (Organization Grand Site), the Massif des Ocres (photo). Six million hikers also cross its 994 mi (1,600 km) of marked hiking trails every year in a territory located at 34% in broad nature.
