Forelock and browband
In a horse team, we usually leave the forelock, that is to say the tuft of horsehair on the top of the horse's forehead, under the browband, i.e. the strap that passes over the animal's forehead. The eyecups supports - essential for multiple and urban couplings - also hinder the passage of the forelock above the browband.
