In the leaves stemming workshop, tobacco leaves are smoothed and straightened, and the central rib is removed pinching it between the thumb and forefinger. Here, the beautiful and large leaves used as cigar’s wrappers are set aside, while the other leaves are conditioned for their next fermentation periods.
