Very little frequented by tourists, Tiga - the smallest island in the Loyalty archipelago with an area of 7.2sqmi (12km2) - has no accommodation structure. You can only stay there with the locals in the northwest of the island, at the invitation of members of the only tribe whose lifestyle has remained very traditional.
