The three towers that have flanked Brégançon Castle since its reconstruction at the end of the 1830s have inspired the current owner to create a cuvée. Named Les Trois Tours (The Three Towers), this red Côte-de-Provence wine is a blend of the three grape varieties of Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Grenache. Grown on the 104 acres (42 ha) vineyard of the Var estate, the wine of Brégançon Castle matches with spicy and meat dishes.
