The cheeses produced at La Grange de la Haute Vallée in Albepierre-Bredons in the Cantal department are sold directly on site in the farm store. It is open from Monday to Saturday and sometimes held by Alain André, the manager of the farm. For online purchases, the farm has set up a drive-through system to facilitate and diversify the collection of the products.
