The formal and aesthetic innovation of the Marina-Baie des Anges real-estate complex lies in the architecture of the whole and the implantation of its four buildings. An exterior passageway reduces the number of elevators and allows a complete visual homogeneity of the facades. Identical guardrails at the front and rear of the buildings follow the curves of the site plan, and overhangs with integrated planters on the seaside conceal private outdoor spaces and terraced recesses at the origin of the pyramidal shapes.
