Just outside the small town of Joigny, a diversion of the Yonne River brings the boats under the bridge of Epizy, leading to the waterways of Burgundy. A diverse fauna and flora are seen during the river walks. The forest of Othe, the vineyards of Burgundy, and fields enhanced this peaceful journey.
