The Montagne de Reims Regional Nature Park has breath-taking scenery. In autumn, the golden hues of the vines alternate with the dark green of the dense forests. Since the 1980s, the winegrowers of the Champagne region have become aware of their responsibility to preserve their heritage. This is how the first reasoned struggle programmes were born, where each action is thought out according to its consequences on the environment: management of soil life, respect for natural balances, mechanical rather than chemical weeding, etc.
