The Pfister estate covers 24 acres (10 ha) and includes various plots, such as the Silberberg or the Grand Cru Engelberg (Hill of the angels). More than 40 different plots pepper the domain, all with specific grape varieties. Mélanie Pfister makes the most of her terroirs by vinifying as much as possible in a fragmented way. She possesses significant equipment consisting of more than 60 thermo-regulated tanks. After a training formation as an agricultural engineer in Bordeaux and obtaining an oenologist diploma in Dijon, she completed numerous internships before taking over the family business.
