In addition to visiting the ‘Cité du Champagne Collet-Cogevi’ (Collet-Cogevi Champagne City) cellars in Aÿ-Champagne, the Museum of Champagne Trades offers a journey into the world of champagne. More than a thousand tools, machines, posters, and photos present the different trades that contribute to the production of the precious nectar. The collection of the Cogevi (the oldest cooperative of Champagne winegrowers created in 1921, consisting today of 900 members) is presented with historical reminders, a presentation of gestures, and an explanation of technical developments.
