The Explorers
La Favière Port constitutes the marina of the municipality of Bormes-les-Mimosas on the Var coastline. It was built in 1969 in the eponymous district north-west of Hyères harbor facing the Îles d'Or (Golden Islands), between the protected areas of Cap Bénat and Cap Nègre. It is formed by a 17 acres (7 ha) body of water bordered by 7,545 ft (2,300 m) of quays which can accommodate around 950 boaters.
