The vineyard of Hautes Collines on the French Riviera covers 10 acres (4 ha) at Collet de Mourre in the Sausses district of Saint-Jeannet in the Alpes-Maritimes department. Around 3.7 mi (6 km) from the sea in the Nice hinterland, it extends at an altitude of 1,312 ft (400 m) on the right bank of the Var river at the foot of the baou of Saint-Jeannet. The vineyard of Hautes Collines belongs to the Rasse family, the last and only winegrowers in Saint-Jeannet.
