The defense of its attributes

The attributes of the bull are all intended to be removed by the raseteurs, using a hook. The cockade is a red ribbon 2 to 2.75 inches long (5 to 7 cm) and 0.4 inches (1 cm) wide. It is tied on a string on top of the bull's forehead and in the center. The two tassels are wool pompoms hanging from the base of each horn of the animal. The string, which constitutes the last attribute to remove, is wrapped around the horn with a variable number of turns determined by the ranking of the bull.
