The Bugatti Veyron space

The Bugatti Veyron is one of the latest acquisitions of the Cité de l'Automobile's collection. Technical know-how inspired by aeronautics and astronautics was necessary to create its particularly efficient braking circuit. It allows going from 62 mph (100 km/h) to a standstill in 103 ft (31.4 m) and from 248 mph (400 km/h) to a complete stop in 10 seconds. The Bugatti Veyron is presented on a rotating base allowing visitors to observe every little detail. Behind the car, large screens broadcast a dynamic movie displaying its technical capabilities.
