In the Castle of the Clos de Vougeot, in the heart of Burgundy, the art of serving and tasting wine is taken to another level of excellence. The “Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne” define vine plots, with specific geological conditions, with their own history. Each “climat” produces its own wine with a specific taste and character. Since the “Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne” recognition as Unesco World Heritage, in 2015, the awareness of the significance of the cultural heritage of the wines of Burgundy has been enhanced.
