The amboin cleaner shrimp
1
0
The amboin cleaner shrimp (Lysmanta amboinensis) is close to the Lysmata grabhami (white banded cleaner shrimp) present in the Caribbean Sea and looks almost exactly alike. They are visually distinguished only by the design of their tails : the central white line of the Lysmata amboinensis is interrupted at the level of the caudal peduncle whereas it is continuous in the Lysmata grabhami.
