People of hunters and agricultors, the Dani after a good harvest of soft potatoes organize a big banquet during which a pig is sacrificed. An oven is prepared in a hole papered with fresh grass and stones which were heated in a separated wood fire. After this preparation, various layers of soft potatoes, pieces of pork... the whole is coated with banana leaves.
