The Monte Cintu massif is a long ridge that separates the valleys of Asco and Golo, in the department of Haute-Corse. The Monte Cintu, located on the municipalities of Asco and Lozzi, is the highest point of the island: its summit rises to 2,706 m (8,878 ft).
