Since 2016, the Naturellement Normande farm has specialized in the organic breeding of Norman cows. Their diet consists exclusively of grass harvested on the farm. They graze outdoors from the first fine days in pastures naturally fertilized by spreading. In winter, the cows eat the hay harvested and enriched with grasses and leguminous, while cattle cake and additives are banned. Their milk, renowned for its quality, then takes a subtly nutty taste found in products derived from the farm.
