Composed of an Eastern Part and a Southern Horn with distinct morphologies and reef typologies, the Southern Grand Lagoon of New Caledonia is a transition zone between subtropical and temperate settlements which bears witness to global - and notably climatic - changes. The significant biodiversity of this colder water area as well as its multitude of islets and coral reefs attract divers.
