0
Victoria Island, or Kitlineq in Inuktitut, is a large island in the Arctic Archipelago that straddles the boundary between Nunavut and the Northwest Territories of Canada. The « midnight sun » is a natural phenomenon of 24 consecutive hours of sun in polar regions. The sun does not set: it is the polar day.
