The Moulin de Verzenay was built on Mont-Bœuf in 1818 by the Tinot-Vincent couple. Two mill turns and two buildings allowed to simultaneously grind two categories of cereals. Sold to Maison Heidsieck in 1904, they restored it in 1949. Framing, carpentry and painting work was undertaken and the four wings redone and fixed.
