Marc Chagall's sketches for stained glass displayed in the Centre Pompidou-Metz highlight his way of seeing his art. He first initiates his work with spots of color that all have a specific meaning. Red and orange colors are used to symbolize sins, struggle, and exclusion. Half-naked figures stand in the middle of these allegorical nuances.
