In Honduras, the establishment of cooperatives by small coffee growers provide them a technical and economic assistance. After harvesting, in the department of Copán, bags of fresh coffee cherries are transported to Café Capucas, the local cooperative, to be sorted and transformed into tasty coffee beans whose multiple flavors will be exported all over the world.
