Roasting impacts

The roasting duration gradually changes the color of the coffee beans - golden, brown, black - and their taste. The more they are toasted, the more their taste is full-bodied. Some consumers think that the most roasted beans contain more caffeine while the opposite is true. However, the more the coffee is roasted, the more it loses volume and the more the amount of beans is required to obtain the same measure of ground coffee.
