The Pays de Bray straddles the Oise and the Seine-Maritime departments and extends over 50 miles (80 km) between Londinières and Beauvais. Its clayey soil has made it a country of pottery and cob production with which the traditional houses are covered. It is a land of gastronomy with famous dairy cheeses such as Neufchâtel or Petit Suisse, invented in 1850 in Ferrières-en-Bray. Cider and Calvados are also produced in the Norman part of the Pays de Bray. Many hiking trails allow discovering this land rich in history and landscapes.
