Red wax decorations

Each bell cast at Cornille-Havard is unique: by its donor, its shape, its tone, and its decorations. The latter are always made of red beeswax. Ancient moulds in carved wood perpetuate the tradition of depicting crosses, patron saints, and coats of arms. The decorations are presented in 3D software, but it is the unchanging hand of man and their know-how that do the rest. At Cornille-Havard, the name of the bell, its date of manufacture, and the name of the donor are always inscribed.
