Located at 800 miles away from Tahiti, Rapa is the most isolated island of French Polynesia and one of the most isolated islands of the Pacific ocean. It is only made accessible by boat from the closest island (Raivavae, 300 miles away), after two days and a half of crossing by cargo. A lost paradise in the middle of a liquid desert of the size of Europe.
