The surroundings of Carolles are full of narrow tracks where one will experience the Norman flora and fauna. The Domaine d’Esthine suggests going there in the company of the peaceful step of their Cotentin donkeys (Equus asinus). Some tracks run along the formidable bay of sand and water, in the sight of Mont-Saint-Michel’s shimmer on its bed of sand. The Tombelaine rock is facing the Mont and the bay, both at high or low tide, always has something to show. One original way to follow in the footsteps of the Norman tradition.
