Sometimes there is a rainbow and you are lucky enough the be out there and stay dry! Cold air from the ocean brings in rolling clouds which often disappear again. This photo was taken from Signal Hill, and shows the Central Business District of Cape Town and its surrounding suburbs. Devils peak remains hidden in the clouds.
