In Alsace, the Domaine Mélanie Pfister is known for being a precursor in sustainable viticulture, respectful of the environment. The maintenance of the natural balance of the vines, the preservation of the soil as well as the work done in the cellar have a single objective: to obtain healthy grapes and then wines of very high quality, with a controlled carbon footprint. Mélanie represents the eighth generation of the Pfister family to cultivate the 10 hectares of vines on the estate, all located on the clay-limestone soils of the commune of Dahlenheim.
