The Maison Collet estate, in Aÿ, has always used its know-how for excellence. Classified as a Grand Cru, the domain was created in 1921. Inspired by haute-couture, the expression hand-sewn since 1921 appears on the black label of the estate's flagship, the Esprit Couture vintage. Composed of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, its exact recipe is a closely guarded secret. It is a tribute to tradition, made up of the best vintages and produced in limited quantities.
