0
Today, we welcomed a new turtle injured by a spear gun. Found floating by Heifara of Moorea Mahana Tours, this turtle has a head injury.
Immediately taken care of by our teams, it was put under treatment and rest. At the moment, it has energy and its condition is stable.
We would like to remind you that sea turtles are a protected species which hunting, consumption or even breeding are prohibited by law.
If you see a floating turtle that seems injured and unable to dive, contact us urgently at 87 71 53 44.
* Sea turtle care center authorized by the Direction of the Environment of French Polynesia
