As the menu of his restaurant changes constantly, chef Eric Westermann is always looking for the best regional products. Mélanie Pfister represents the 8th generation of a family of Alsatian winegrowers, established in 1780. They both have in common a deep attachment to Alsace's soil. This similarity persuaded them to exchange their gastronomic ideas and agricultural know-how. They both endeavor to preserve the terroirs and to promote organic production.
