Le phare du Cap Fréhel s'élève à 70 m au dessus des flots, c'est un phare maritime. Construit de 1946 à 1950 sur la pointe du Cap Fréhel, avec des constructions anciennes implantées sur le même site. Il éclaire et sécurise le passage de la Baie de Saint-Brieuc vers Saint-Malo. Cette baie est souvent battue par les vents.
