The ASPM (Association for the Safeguarding and Promoting of Upper-Marne Metallurgical Heritage) aims to restore and revive the blast furnace of the former foundry of Dommartin-le-Franc. Its members also endeavor to promote French art cast-irons worldwide through inventories, partnerships, and the creation of a network of international cities. Since the creation of the ASPM in 1990 in Wassy, in the Haute-Marne department, its president Élisabeth Robert-Dehault and 350 members have worked to promote and perpetuate a regional historical heritage.
