Son and grandson of gastronomic restaurateurs, Eric Westermann has proved that he can carry on the family culinary tradition. Firmly rooted in the Alsatian soil, he also innovates in the conception of his cuisine. However, his priority remains the quality of local products, whether it be meat or vegetables. He collaborates with the winemaker Mélanie Pfister, with whom he shares the same respect for sustainable agriculture. The Domaine Mélanie Pfister is the only French wine estate to be labelled by Fair’n Green, an association promoting sustainable and reasoned viticulture.
