Famous for its beauty and for the fact it's dangerous. Unfortunately for the past decade the humans inhabiting the Reunion island are victims of bull and tiger sharks attacks. As the coral reefs are threatened - it's inhabitants are fragilized: habitat loss, invasive species... Consequences of Human actions are the main threat.
On shot: the other famous side of the beach. The beach has been deserted since recent shark attacks. Unfortunately, as sharks are losing their habitat they tend to get closer to the shores, leading to human attacks. The main threat of sharks is humans, and islands like the Reunion islands are threatened by the consequences of human activity (as an example, all invasive species were introduced by man).
