The ocher manufacturing process extends over more than a year and is divided into several outdoor and indoor phases that punctuate the seasons. The first phase of extraction begins in September and lasts until spring. It is then followed by the washing and settling phases. The drying phase takes place in July-August before the various processing phases carried out in the factory.
