El oruguero malgache (Coracina cinerea) es una ave nativa de Madagascar y algunas islas circundantes. Esta especie es una de las 66 especies más amenazadas que habitan en esta área. El oruguero malgache se caracteriza por su agradable cantar melodioso, su movilidad, y su colorido plumaje.
Su pico es marrón oscuro y los bordes de sus alas y su garganta son grises. Tiene un cuerpo delgado y alcanza alrededor de 17 cm de largo. Su larga cola es blanca con una franja negra por el centro.
