Entirely organic and renowned for their taste, the Camembert cheeses produced at the Naturellement Normande farm have received the only PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) label in the Calvados department. Janine Lelouvier is in charge of producing some 1,000 of them each week. Checks are carried out every two months to ensure that the label's criteria are respected and that the cheese still deserves it.
