One of the last bell foundries in France

0
While France had 86 bell founders in the middle of the 19th century, only 35 remained in the early 20th century. Today, the country is only home to three major bell founders. Dominique Bollée's bell foundry is established in Orléans in the Loiret department, while the Paccard bell and carillon foundry is located in Haute-Savoie. In Villedieu-les-Poêles, in the Manche department, the Fonderie Cornille-Havard has been perpetuating tradition since 1865.
