Fish eye

0
Compared to the human eye, the fish eye is characterized by a superior cornea surface and a large crystal lens surface which protrudes out of the globe. Its pupil does not contract and it has no eyelid which gives it a fixed look but a wide field of vision. The eyes of non-predators are placed more laterally than those of predators who have less need to see behind them
