New tenants in the 'Haras national du Pin'

The ‘Haras National du Pin’ (national stud farm), located in the town of Pin-au-Haras in the department of Orne, is famous for its horses and its rich history closely linked to that of the country. But since the fall of 2020, new tenants have populated the lawns of the estate. In an effort for an ecological and preventive response to the damage caused by field mice galleries and in order to participate in the mowing of the sports fields, sheep have been introduced into the Hautbois park. An association with a local breeder has made it possible to add a herd of around 100 sheep to the decor of the stud farm.
