Biodynamic farming requires a different philosophy from the winegrower. Required to have converted to organic farming (abandoning all chemical products) over the last few years, they will have to establish a total alliance between the vine and nature. A method which also implies the disappearance of machines in favour of manual work, the respect of lunar calendars and the use of natural and preventive treatments. Located in Ambonnay, Champagne Marguet has been certified biodynamic since 2013. The stable, built in 2010, houses two draught horses that replace the tractor in the vineyards.
