Le musée de la médecine se trouve dans les locaux de la faculté de médecine de la Sorbonne, boulevard St Germain. L’Académie de chirurgie y a été construite déjà entre 1769 et 1786 sur la décision de Louis XV.
Visité à l’occasion de la nuit des musées, ce bâtiment majestueux avait un charme particulier.
